Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors’ pricing monitored to ensure that we always remain competitive. We reserve the right at all times to change our prices without notice but the prices quoted on your order confirmation are always the price that you will pay.
The products sold on our website are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from us.
When you place your order, our order acknowledgment is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. After you place an order, we at Cartridge Direct UK reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on the web site. Our total liability shall be limited to the price paid for them which incurred the liability.
We are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
All returns MUST be pre-authorised and accompanied by an RMA number, which can be obtained from Cartridge Direct UK. Goods returned without authorisation will be refused.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any fault, including missing items within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.
Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return.
Incorrectly ordered products cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened.
The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
Cartridge Direct UK will not promise that any cartridges (including inkjet and toner cartridges and printheads) will last for a pre-determinded amount of time or page length and will not be acceptable for return under this reason.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and we will refund payment to you. We do not offer any compensation for disappointment or any inconvenience caused.

Subject to availability, we will send your goods the same day. Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days (UK) and 30 days (EU) for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with your computer, and we accept no liability for any corruption or loss of data held on it, or any liability for any other loss or damage of any kind caused to your computer resulting from use of this website.
