If we receive your order before 14.30 (GMT/BST) then, subject to availability, we will ship your goods to you the same day. Please note that our "pick rate" from stock is close to 100 percent!
Delivery will take 2-7 days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
Occasionally, there are delays within postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 10 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.
We do not deliver outside the European Union.
Order & Despatch acknowledgement
We automatically send an e-mail to the address you submitted when you placed your order:
a. When we receive your order.
b. As soon as your order has been despatched.
You may also log on to your account using your email address and password to track the progress of your order.
If you do not receive your goods within 10 working days of despatch, please contact us. Over 50% of parcels presumed lost, are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of postage, packaging and VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras; the price you see is the price you pay.
